I have more than ten years’ experience conducting on-site field research. My experience includes evaluation research, randomized controlled trials, project management, data collection, data management, and producing important study findings. Additionally, I have worked with many corrections and treatment agencies on strategic planning and implementation on such initiatives as the Risk-Need-Responsivity (RNR) Simulation Tool.
