Lindsay Smith

Research Associate

Lindsay earned her doctoral degree in Criminology, Law and Society from George Mason University. In her free time, she enjoys indoor rock climbing, hot yoga, and hiking with her dog and fiancé. She also volunteers as a mentor for women reentering the DMV area from incarceration with Friends of Guest House.

  • Interviews and focus groups on students’ knowledge and perceptions of recently changed Title IX regulations
  • Mixed methods study of the gendered nature of external communication during incarceration
