Ryan Houser

Graduate Research Assistant

I was recently a dual-fellow at Rutgers Law School at the Center for Law, Inequality and Metropolitan Equity and Center for Security, Race and Rights. I was previously a dual-fellow at Georgetown University within the Center for Global Health Science and Security and O'Neill Institute For National And Global Health Law – Georgetown University Law Center (GULC). I additionally conducted further research with GULC’s Covid-19 Law Lab Consortium to analyze human rights impacts of public health laws and determine best practices to guide immediate responses to COVID-19 and socioeconomic recovery efforts once the pandemic is under control.  My goals lie in addressing emerging threats and risk-based vulnerabilities through collaboration and integration with a multitude of stakeholders to maintain safety and security. My passion remains making the world a safer and healthier place.
