ACE! Products in Practice: Hidalgo County’s EBP Journey
Hidalgo County Community Supervision and Corrections Department (CSCD) has shared a new booklet tracing its evidence-based practice journey and the lasting influence of its work with ACE!. From SOARING2/SUSTAIN and the RNR Simulation Tool to specialized programs and Virtual Supervision, the story highlights how small, sustained improvements can build a stronger community supervision system.
The booklet brings together the department’s history, research findings, and FY2025 outcomes. It offers a look at how investments in staff training, assessment, and continuous improvement continue to shape practice years later.
